CUBANS DEMAND RELEASE OF HUMANITARIAN AID
On August 10, Rosa María Payá of the Solidarity Between Brothers initiative announced the arrival of the humanitarian aid collected by cuban exiles and sent to over 15,000 cuban families in need. The dictatorship in Cuba reacted by holding up the aid and preventing individual churches not to deliver it to the thousands of Cuban families for which the humanitarian aid is intended. In this video a Cuban mother of four children demand the Cuban government to release the humanitarian aid.
In this video published by CUBADECIDE four days ago, a Cuban mother of four children pleads with the Cuban government to release the aid. ¨I have four children … I don’t have anything to feed them …That is why I say to the Cuban government not to that cruel. It is an atrocity what they are perpetrating against their own people, against their fellow citizens. Release the aid, release it.
In Cuba, a regime more concerned with covering up deep social conflicts in Cuba goes to inhumane extremes such as withholding essential aid sent to the Cuban people. I join the Solidarity Between Brothers initiatives in demanding the regime in Cuba to release the humanitarian aid immediately.
