DR OMAR VENTO DEMANDS RELEASE OF HUMANITARIAN AID

Dr. Omar Vento, president of the Fundación para la Democracia Panamericana (Panamerican Foundation for Democracy) sent a message of solidarity with the Cuban people on August 26 and joined other important voices in the United States to demand the immediate release of the humanitarian aid held up by the dictatorship in Cuba. Cubans are going through a humanitarian crisis caused by a failed economic and political system that clings on to power and prevents Cubans from holding free and fair elections to decide their destiny.
