Sobre como el Consejo de Derechos Humanos de las Naciones Unidas ha escrito una serie de leyes para avalar legalmente y legitimar el derecho de activistas por los derechos humanos, periodistas independientes y sociedad civil de acceder fondos y financiación de fuentes domesticas e internacionales. Esto se aplica a defensores de los derechos en Cuba y el mundo. Sin financiación no es posible ejercer los derechos humanos. Por ello el Artículo 143 que planean adicionar al Código Penal Cubano es violatorio de la Ley Internacional y una flagrante violación a los derechos humanos.

The illegality of State Security repression in Cuba is shown in the case of Yasel Cala summoned by police to be interrogated by officer Raúl Mustelier in the police station known as El Palacete in Santiago de Cuba.
